I saw Dr. Mukai for the EMG test and what can I say, she is great… I was a little nervous and scared going to my appointment today. I was told that the test hurt, that the pain is so bad that it makes you cry but SO NOT TRUE!!!! Dr. Mukai explained everything to me and she talked me through everything as she was doing it and it definitely does not hurt. I would not even say it was uncomfortable. – Norma R.

Dr. Ai Mukai is amazing! She always discusses everything with me in complete detail, and gives me all of the best options, and never pressures me to make any decisions. She always does the best she can to advise me on the financial options as well, and always the ones that are in my best interest, not hers. She really cares about her patients and it shows in how she handles things. The result of her treatment is amazing as well, having had back problems for almost 20 years, I've had none since I started seeing her! [Dr. Mukai] had scheduled me for an MRI, and in comparing it with an older MRI, [she was] able to determine that I had a pinched nerve. I had an epidural injection done on January 31. Since that procedure I have just been a new person. The pain in my back and down my leg has disappeared; it is like I have gotten a new lease on life. All of this is due to the skill and talent of [Dr. Mukai], the doctor who diagnosed and executed the procedure. I am beyond grateful for the second chance that [she has] given me.
